Size issue
Most of clients will design their products into A4 size, but unfortunately, that is the not the best size for printing it in China, if you could, you may design it 210mm*285mm, or smaller, that will save you a lot.
Is there any minimum order limit?
Yes, of course. Small quantity project is also welcome by Grand, but the cost for small quantity printing service is relatively higher than those of the big one with the same process of printing jobs, we are keeping our cost stay low to meet our customers?demands of any kinds.
How are printing goods shipped to me from China?
1. For small volume orders we can ship goods by international courier express: DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS according to shipping rates and countries available.
2. For bulk orders we can ship through bulk air shipment to your local airport or ship by sea to the seaport available with our freight agent.
How do I know that I will receive top-quality printing?

As a professional printing company, we have many years of experience dealing with the ins and outs of maintaining the highest level of print quality. We are so confident in our product, that if you are not satisfied, we guarantee to return your deposit or reprint the job.
How do I transfer my artworks to i-loveprint.com?
1. Zip your artworks into volumes sized less than 20M each, then email us one by one.
2. You can send us the artwork via Yousendit or SkyDrive.
3. You may upload your artworks onto a FTP address and let us download.
What details of our product are necessary for quotation?
Generally speaking, for books/brochures/catalogues/magazines, we need the following specs: Finished size, pages, paper weight(gsm) and paper stock(gloss, matt, etc), printing(full color or b & w), binding(saddle stitch, perfect bound, thread-bound, spiral bound), quantity, port of destination, etc.
How is the transportation?
The goods can be delivered by air or by sea. The approximate delivery time by air is no more than 5 business days and by sea 15-35 days. Shipping costs might vary due to different destinations.
How long is the turnaround time for an order?
The turnaround time depends on the specifications of your printing order. Our production time is generally 4-8 business days, usually within 5 business days.
What should be paid attention to about the original artwork/document?
We recommend all artwork to be supplied as PDF format file. Please pay attention to the following points about your document.
1. Please convert the text into paths in order that they can be correctly displayed.
2. Please confirm all the folders especially the graphic ones included in your document in case of images unable to display or with low resolution. Therefore, make sure that necessary images with high resolution are in the document. (The picture resolution is no lower than 280 dips)
3. Convert the color of the linked pictures from RGB to CMYK.
4. Please clearly specify the accurate size of the files, including the 3 mm bleeding.
